Silver Harbour Capital Limited recently received an application for a conservatively geared future urban development subdivision located in Drury Auckland. This subdivision is adjacent to the Auranga development - the new mini "city" being developed by Charles Ma and associates (www.auranga.co.nz). The subject site will benefit from locational and infrastructure aspects.
The sponsors enjoy a very strong asset position and are solid risk assessments. The entire Credit Committee approved a loan in excess of $12 million.
