Herne Bay equity release facilitated for Flat Bush project.

Silver Harbour Capital Limited recently settled a $1.3m loan for a borrower seeking an equity release against their owner occupied home in Herne Bay to provide funding to finish a near complete development in Flat Bush. A 12 month loan term was approved. The borrower will look to refinance lending once the development is competed and the new houses are rented. The security is in a prime Auckland location and the entire Credit Committee approved the loan at 55% LVR.
